Seminary Professor, Teacher & Author - Bill was the former Director of Seminary Extension in Nashville, Tennessee. Previously he had 25 years of experience in classroom teaching at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and extensive experience in Internet teaching.
The discipleship series offered through 4disciples presents a unique approach to biblical education. Each book in the series gives the student or disciple the experience of participating in a seminary class while studying at their own pace and without the pressure of taking tests or making the grade.
The emphasis is on helping believers grow spiritually, understand God's Word more deeply, and become faithful disciples of Jesus Christ through practical, life-changing biblical instruction.
Pastor, Teacher & Author - Travis has served churches in Texas and Oklahoma, served as a Director of Missions, and helped teach the 4disciples online classes.
In his books and podcasts, Pastor Welch approaches God's Word with a pastor's heart, a teacher's clarity, and an evident desire to help followers of Christ see the grand story of redemption unfolding throughout the pages of Scripture.

Disciple, True Servant & Transcriber - Helen was a diligent student of the Bible and a sacrificial servant of the Lord. She attended many of Dr. Vinson’s evening classes held at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. These classes were audiotaped at that time.
The Lord put a desire in Helen’s heart to transcribe the audios into book form. She dedicated many hours to this ministry work. The transcriptions were then reviewed and edited by Dr. Vinson and thus the “Classroom in a Book Discipleship Series” was birthed!
Pastor, Teacher & Technology Assistance - John is a retired pastor. He served the Lord's Church in both Maryland and Utah. In retirement, he seizes the opportunities that the Lord provides him to preach and teach. John has a passionate heart for discipleship and evangelism. There is nothing that he enjoys more than sharing Jesus Christ!
